Dr. Vlasta Hus
Assoc. prof. Vlasta Hus, PhD. (female) currently works as an associate professor at the Department of Elementary Education, at University of Maribor. She gives lectures for subjects Environmental Educational Studies and Early Social Studies. Her main research interests and focus are curricular changes of Environmental and Social Studies Subjects, planning, implementing and assessing Environmental and Social Studies Subjects, Outdoor teaching and learning in the Elementary school, Professional development of teachers of Elementary education. She published many foreign and domestic scientific articles. She leaded and collaborated in some projects, for instance: Implementing education process at subject Environmental Education in first three years of nine-year primary school (evaluation project, Development of science competence, Encouraging a culture of research and innovation in schools through a process of lifelong teacher learning, etc. She participates as a member in Editor boards: International Online Journal of Educational Sciences, Education Journal, International Journal of Elementary education, Social Sciences, etc.
